My name is Mat the Cheap Cook, I’m a busy university student who among many other things, loves to eat. I never really did much cooking before moving out on my own, and once I did Mac & Cheese got old really quickly. The thing about food is once you’ve had the good stuff it’s hard to go back. And this is what lead me to my kitchen adventures. Using what I had in my kitchen I started dabbling with different dishes to see what mouth watering gloriousness I could come up with. And seeing as Im such a nice guy, I thought I’d share my recipes with everybody.
